Please contact our Support Center if you got disconnected or your computer got frozen while you were playing a game.
We will investigate your play history and if we determine that connection was cut not because of your cheating or intention, we will return the same amount of money in your account that you used to bet at that time disconnection occurred .

In order to investigate your play history, we will need the following:
- Your account number
- Name of a game you were playing when the disconnection occurred
- Date and time that disconnection occurred
